Uygulamayı aç — harita doğrudan gelir. Konum izni verirsen yakındaki açık/nöbetçi eczaneler haritada görünür. Bir eczaneye dokun → Ara veya Yol Tarifi. Konum açmak istemezsen sol alttaki İl Seç ile şehir seçebilirsin.
Konumum çalışmıyor / eczane görünmüyor
iOS Ayarlar → Eczacım → Konum'dan izni "Uygulamayı Kullanırken" yap. Alternatif olarak uygulama içinden bir il/ilçe seçebilirsin.
Gösterilen eczane bilgisi yanlış / kapalı
Veriler resmî ve üçüncü taraf kaynaklardan gelir ve gün içinde güncellenir; nadiren eksik/eski olabilir. Yola çıkmadan önce eczaneyi telefonla aramanı öneririz. Hata bildirimi için bize yaz.
"Hızlı Bul" / Premium nedir?
Eczaneleri her zaman ücretsiz bulabilirsin. Premium; tek dokunuşla en yakın nöbetçi eczaneye atlayan Hızlı Bul özelliğini ekler ve reklamları kaldırır. Yıllık 499 TL veya aylık 59 TL.
Aboneliği nasıl iptal ederim?
iOS Ayarlar → [Apple Kimliğin] → Abonelikler → Eczacım yolundan iptal edebilirsin. Dönem bitiminden 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen otomatik yenilenir.
Premium'u satın aldım ama görünmüyor
Premium ekranındaki Geri Yükle'ye dokun. Aynı Apple Kimliğiyle giriş yaptığından emin ol.
Akşam hatırlatması nasıl açılır/kapanır?
Uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Hatırlatmalar'dan açıp saatini ayarlayabilir veya kapatabilirsin.

Open the app — the map appears right away. If you allow location, nearby open/on-duty pharmacies show on the map. Tap a pharmacy → Call or Directions. If you prefer not to share location, use Select City at the bottom left.
Location isn't working / no pharmacies shown
In iOS Settings → Eczacım → Location set permission to "While Using". Alternatively pick a city/district in the app.
Pharmacy info is wrong / closed
Data comes from official and third-party sources and updates during the day; rarely it can be incomplete/outdated. Please call the pharmacy before traveling. Report issues to us.
What is "Quick Find" / Premium?
You can always find pharmacies for free. Premium adds Quick Find (one-tap to the nearest on-duty pharmacy) and removes ads. ₺499/year or ₺59/month.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Cancel via iOS Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions → Eczacım. It auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends.
I purchased Premium but don't see it
Tap Restore on the Premium screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I turn the evening reminder on/off?
In the app go to Settings → Reminders to enable/disable it and set the time.
